Verónica Mora

With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Verónica has led legal strategies for global companies across industries such as retail, media, and education. She currently serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Laureate Mexico, where she leads the organization's legal and compliance strategy.

Before joining Laureate, she was Regional General Counsel for LATAM at GroupM, overseeing media contracts, service agreements, intellectual property, data protection, and M&A transactions. Previously, she worked at Inditex for over 16 years, where she served as General Counsel in Mexico, responsible for regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and data protection for the group's operations in the country.

She holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master’s degree in International Economic Law.
