Ethics and Compliance
The Code sets out principles of integrity and ethical behavior, and our responsibilities to each other, our students, suppliers, stockholders, and the public. The Code establishes standards and a methodology to help guide everyone at Laureate and its network institutions.
Laureate employees, students, suppliers, and others can ask questions about the Code or report suspected misconduct through the Laureate Ethics Helpline at www.LaureateEthics.net, or by sending an email to [email protected].
The Non-Employee Director Code translates the standards of our employee code to the particular circumstances of our directors. For more information please click here.
Laureate seeks to provide a productive workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and to provide equal opportunity for all employees. For more information, pleas review our Discrimination and Harassment Policy here.
Laureate is committed to zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, and to compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws.
Laureate is committed to acting honestly and ethically. We expect the same of our suppliers.
