Mony de Swaan

Mony de Swaan is a public policy expert with over 15 years of experience in government and regulatory affairs. He previously served as Chairman of COFETEL, overseeing its transformation into IFT. He has also held leadership roles at the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB), IMSS, and SCT, as well as in the private sector at Pfizer and Nokia.

He is the founder of Centro, a consulting firm specializing in public policy for highly regulated sectors.
