Lucy Valdez

As Vice President of Transformation at Laureate Mexico, Lucy plays a crucial role in driving Laureate’s strategic and transformation initiatives.

Since joining Laureate in 2018, Lucy has made significant contributions as Chief of Staff to the CEO, overseeing the portfolio of strategic and transformational initiatives. She is a member of the Executive Committee, leading the strategic agenda and corporate governance model of Laureate Mexico. Lucy also spearheads the Institutional Councils of UVM and UNITEC, while chairing the Advisory Board of Laureate Mexico, which includes esteemed Mexican leaders and entrepreneurs.

Lucy holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from UVM Mexico.
