Georgina Gómez

With over 15 years of experience in leadership and operations management in the education sector, Georgina Gómez has spearheaded strategies for expansion, operational efficiency, and enhancing the student experience. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Laureate Mexico, overseeing strategic execution and process optimization to strengthen the group’s institutions.

Before joining Laureate, she was CEO of Universidad del Desarrollo Profesional and previously served as COO of Aliat Universidades, where she oversaw nationwide operations for over five years at one of Mexico’s largest private education networks. Her career has been dedicated to institutional transformation and the continuous enhancement of academic and operational management models.

She holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA in Marketing and Sales from iaelyon School of Management, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
