Danilo Nogueira

With over 10 years of experience at Laureate, Danilo Nogueira has played a key role in the company’s transformation and growth, experiencing key milestones, including acquisitions, divestitures, and the company's IPO. He began his career in Brazil, where he created a pioneering operational planning division and developed the Lego software, resulting in the formation of a team of over 50 professionals and his involvement in the M&A process with Anima.

He currently leads the Transformation Office at Laureate Mexico, driving key strategic initiatives and developing the DAM management model, which transforms each campus into a standalone business unit.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an MBA in Business Management from GCLC, an Executive MBA from BSP, and has completed leadership programs at Boston College and Laureate.
