Alonso Maisterrena

With over 20 years of international experience in human resources, including ten years in top management positions, Alonso Maisterrena currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Laureate Mexico.

Throughout his tenure at Laureate, Alonso has achieved significant milestones in driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing talent development processes, and implementing effective change management strategies. With strong and extensive experience across diverse sectors such as production, banking, retail, and telecommunications, Alonso excels in retention processes that are focused on driving tangible results.

Alonso holds a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Executive Program certificate from The Wharton School, a D-1 Management Program certificate from IPADE Business School, and a Psychology degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
